Babu Daudayal Saraswati Vidya Mandir (BDASVM) is committed to providing our students with a high-quality education in a supportive and nurturing environment. We understand that there are times when students may need to cancel their enrollment, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
BDASVM does not offer refunds for any tuition or fees. This includes admission fees, registration fees, and tuition payments.
Once you have deposited your tuition and fees, you are officially enrolled in BDASVM. There is no cancellation period, and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We will consider exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. If you have any extenuating circumstances, please contact the school administration to discuss your options.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
If you need to cancel your enrollment at BDASVM, you must submit a written request to the school administrator. The request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the school year.
Processing Refunds and Cancellations
Once we receive your request, we will review it and make a decision. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any reason after the start of the school year.
